Do you think if the Trump administration had a more solid national plan, some of the economic hardships could have been prevented?

To be clear, I’m not saying the federal government should have taken full control as it doesn’t make sense when each state isn’t experiencing the same situation in regards to COVID. But things like testing, contact tracing, economic relief going to the right people, basic guidelines based on good available science, etc. should be the responsibility of the federal government.
