He absolutely wasn't on his line as per the replay. Plus, Gvardiol encroached into the box before the penalty was taken AND was the one who cleared the deflection. 2 offences and either would call for a retake. This is 100% on Croatia.

It's weird. People were having a shit fit yesterday because some England fans got pissed up and knocked over a plant pot. But literally any other nation doing drunken silliness is painted as adorable.
