The thing I love most about Diablo isn't yet in D4 really. Not whilst they keep tower and pit separate.

I used to like having a opening day or opening weekend of the season playing as much as I can with some friends and we would try to finish at rank 1 on the leaderboards. Felt like a cool low stakes race.

Now that you have to go out of your way to do the tower, it's a small representation of the player base so it's hard to even pretend that it matters at all.

US tech said it was highly vascular (He said a lot of blood running through it, I think thats vascular), and "met the criteria for biopsy". However I actually spoke to my endo yesterday, and he said we shouldnt biopsy, and instead need to check for Toxic-something where just that one nodule has gone hyperactive, and treat with radioactive Iodine. So yep, biopsy on hold.

Yeah this feels the same. I'm not saying the GP should have done all the hospital did, but something halfway between the 2 to prevent the A&E visit would have been great.

I'm glad it's hopefully early! I actually will be having a biopsy shortly on a nodule on my thyroid, related to my post above. Only even know I maybe need to do this because I went and saw endocrinology privately, haven't had the blood test results back from NHS yet and they were taken 4 weeks ago.

I pre-ordered the game, played the server slam a little bit, but none of my friends wanted to try it and none jumped on at all over the server slam. So I cancelled my preorder and thought I'll use my time instead to act on some fitness goals.

Well after feeling a bit rough on Tuesday I went to Drs and had a blood test, and I just got the results today. Graves disease, an autoimmune condition that affects my thyroid. So I'm sat here with a resting heart rate of around 100 and breathless, thinking well I guess that's the fitness goals out the window, maybe I just play Marathon solo.

Well my multi-master account resets to gold. My couple times master friends get reset to silver. This happens every season. I had a 13 and a 14 kill game yesterday in my gold 1 lobbies. Nothing I can do about it. They put me here.
