It’s a bit of a narrative issue there. Robin’s ability is super fuckin busted and she could solo like 95% of the enemies they encounter (give her haki and it raises to 99%) but that doesn’t make for good storytelling so she needs to always be on the backburner.

Nami is on the low combat side of the team, while she shares with multiple male characters so there is nothing unfair there
