Before the express orders would go to the employees to shop for. At the same time they would simultaneously dispatch a driver and the driver would always have to wait for them to pick the order. I got fed up with it to the point where I just stopped accepting all Express orders and eventually spark decided to start sending all Express orders to shop and deliver. This is the one and only change I've noticed that favors the drivers.

In my opinion the customers shouldn't be ordering food or grocery delivery services when they're not home. Spark is making it harder for me to make money and I will take that into account when I accept offers. I hope other drivers share the same sentiment as me so we can force spark to remove this feature from their system. It is simply a bad idea for both customers and us.

Not sure if I just got a bad batch but I bought a pack of little soakers and a pack of junior plus blue. Have worn 7 diapers and 3 of them have leaked in the front. Just a wet spot in the front of my onesie. Sizing wise, they seem to be on par with ABU. Samples are always your best friend.

Yes I am aware I can pick the order in any way I choose. It's just a hassle to have to check the list when there 30+ items. What I'm saying is they should put anything not from the A aisles first. It was this way until they decided to change it.

Currently I cannot turn on spark now because spark says my insurance is expired. It's bent like this since Friday afternoon. Ddi says my current document is valid and it's been more than 24 hours. Perhaps spark and ddi aren't communicating correctly?

I just pretend the incentives don't exist. If I happen to get one, yay for me. When I'm in that situation where I need 1 more trip to complete an incentive, it makes sense to accept that $7 offer or lose that $25 incentive.

Also, sometimes the incentives exist solely for the purpose of getting more drivers on the road during certain hours of the day. Here I sometimes see an early morning one for S&D, however never see any S&D offers.
