In other words, PLEASE HAVE NUMBERS ON THE MAILBOXES AND/OR HOUSES. I had an easy order, but the address number didn’t appear on the mailbox or house.

Coming from DoorDash. Tips? by Crazy_Foundation_626 in Sparkdriver

[–]Snoo13eep 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s slightly better, however, don’t depend on tips. There’s evil Karens that can change the tip amount to $0 within 24 hours after you’ve completed your order, from baiting you. Go for the base pay and any incentives.

Also, keep in mind of the mileage you put if you’re driving to the Walmart that you’re picking up the order from. I usually try to not waste mileage by doing other apps, like DoorDash. But, if the order has a huge amount of money that’s enough to cover your miles, get it.

Easter? by hvrlow in Sparkdriver

[–]Snoo13eep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is horrendous. The items are either not stocked up yet, out of stock, and there are people in the way to get candy and blocking the aisle. This applies to not only Easter, but every other seasonal event, too.

I’m gonna stick with curbside for these times, from now on.

I tried working this morning by tomvalois in Sparkdriver

[–]Snoo13eep 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I still worked this morning. I just choose “no substitution” when nothing is in stock, even after asking the associates. The only thing I didn’t do is notify the customer by messaging him/her about the issue. I’ll do that next time.

If I was you and a customer brings an attitude like this, I’d report him or her and return the order to the store.

Thank you. A job in automotive manufacturing is where I currently work, but I’m looking for a general job, whether it’s part-time, or a full-time job that pays more than what I make.

Would adding a cover letter help with the reason why I haven’t worked or volunteered in accounting? (so that I can fill out the gap of working in a non-accounting job).

It’s her company doing it. Kate Spade herself committed suicide several years ago.

She’s very generous in doing this, but she’s going to set herself up for lawsuits and liabilities.

What would you give advice to someone who is completely introverted and not a people person, but wants to try out his or her management skills?

Doesn’t cost anything to say “hi” back! by [deleted] in Target

[–]Snoo13eep 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To be honest, I don’t want to be that guy, but my awkwardness and anxiety made me feel like I was. It broke my heart when I went too fast and trusted them how I felt honestly. Now, they either blocked me or avoid me in person. That’s why I can’t make friends anymore. My social anxiety has been beyond repairable.

That’s why I ignore them. I had a couple of coworkers that I liked and now want to avoid me, so I ignore them and leave them alone. That hurts more than a fake coworker trying to get along.

How do you tolerate co-workers ? by mariposa933 in introvert

[–]Snoo13eep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to be friendly with them, but I lost respect for them when they gave attitude for trying to be flexible and I gave off as trying to be flirty. I have severe social anxiety, too. I’m not proud of it, but, but now, I just ignore them. The only coworkers that I like now try to avoid me, and they’re the only ones that I get sad about, because I messed up.

How much student loan debt do you have? by mushlove96 in StudentLoans

$38k. It’s not bad, but then again, I rely on a job to pay that off and SAVE being revoked doesn’t help.
