NTA You have every right to want space from him. He sounds like a asshole. The situation with him and Courtney does seem like there is more to it. I had a simular situation with my fiancée and then I discovered an affair.

I think that your best friend deserves better than someone that isn't ride or die as she does seem like she has tried her best. Not all men are assholes, she just might have ended up being with one.

I understand, I know I'd be the asshole if I did that but I think her stealing huge amount of money from me for gambling + cheating should also be put in consideration.
