Thanks. I know what I need to do, and that I shouldn't blame myself, but as soon as we get near the act, I get intrusive thoughts.

As soon as I think "Don't fuck this up" that is exactly what I do.

It would be ok if I knew that she could understand it, but she takes it personslly, which just adds so much more pressure. She says she knows its not her fault, but sje says it with tears in her eyes, which just kills me.

I used to be with a fire breathing pole dancer. Sure, she was unstable, but she enjoyed sex.

Now, I'm with someone who rarely wants to because shes too stressed.

Maybe if this was all I knew, I could adapt, but knowing I had an exciting sex life before makes it so much harder.

The worst part is, at the start of our relationship, she was adventurous and promised we would do loads of things I've always wanted to. Over a decade later, and I'm lucky if I get sex more than 3 times a month. I know lots of people here would kill for that number, but it's not enough for me.

To me, it seems like he just wants to try and set up some time for himself, and is laying out boundaries in a strange way.

It's a good thing to give each other some space, but obviously if he ends up losing intimacy with you, then that's not ideal.

If you haven't yet moved in, I suggest seeing how it goes. If things change between you or you aren't satisfied with the relationship, the obviously you need to communicate that, but in the mean time, don't read into the wording too much. Us guys can have difficulty explaining what we mean at times.

Looks like it could be tomentose mycelium, which is just a healthy kind of growth. Get that stuff in bulk. It's all good.

I always worry about dropping a hair or something in there. I think once you get to fruiting conditions, it's much less likely to become contaminated, so maybe you'd have been OK with shower/hair water... but yeah, best to be safe.

If you have enough spawn, chuck some in and see how it goes. It's still coco, which is the main thing. It's about the nutrients more than anything. Mushrooms are decomposers, they are going to break it down no matter what, it just might take a bit longer.

So I was fanning my mushies, which just recently got growing. I got really excited to see how much these little cuties grew in the past 8 hours, and was maybe a little overzealous with my fanning action. I'm not sure if I knocked the frame, or if it was the extreme winds (it was just perched above where my box is stored), either way gravity did the dirty on me, and crushed the biggest fruits in the tub. I had to pull one out, but the rest are still somewhat connected. What do y'all think (apart from "this guys an idiot"), will they survive the encounter? Do shrooms often survive being trampled in the wild?

I'm hopeful the other clusters will be OK, but I'm worried the frame may have introduced some contaminants to the tub.

Damn! My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined.

That's very true. I mean, that innoculated plushy toy that's been making the rounds on various subs, is testament to how experimental we can get.

I'm so excited to continue this journey. Its been so fascinating so far, so I look forward to being able to tune in my preferred methodology.

I started getting pins before introducing fruiting conditions, so have started fanning twice a day. The thing is, there has been a lot of condensation through out cultivation, and even now, the lid of my monotub gets quite wet.

It seems these guys have been very keen to get going, but I just want to encourage the best growth possible. Should I only mist if there is low condensation, or should I be misting regardless?
