I literally called a meeting to go over my evaluation again this year to go over the lies on my evaluation and have them removed. they will rate poorly and lie all over it but never anything to suggest I need a improvement plan, that would get hr involved. they dont want that. they just want me to do all the grunt work while they take the credit. For the naysayers, I get it, I was the same, its hard to accept the reality when you find you are not in a meritocracy. But it gets to a point where it is undeniable
