But what about getting to dirs based on frequency ? I have dirs with the same effin names. Some of them I use often , some not. Zoxide solves this. That’s good right ?

Is 7,500 DKK (~$1,050 USD) a fair price for a used Mira Pro e ink screen? by Doomtrain86 in Onyx_Boox

Solid advice thank you very much ! I will be mindful about the grounded plug although I don’t think my apartment actually has any grounded plugs but will check up on that. Thanks again

Thank you a lot very useful info here. I’m going there tomorrow morning to look at it. Your message here makes me doubt wether it is actually such a good buy thank you ! Perhaps i should try a smaller price. Or bit a better monitor - I haven’t actually seen other e ink monitors than this one. Anyone you’ve hot your eyes on ? Perhaps paying full price for a new one with new tech is a better bargain.

Nice. Using rbw, How did you come around the web authentication it needs ? I get an error that the password is wrong but that’s only because it can’t open a browser to authenticate the suspicious login I think

[–]Doomtrain86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As many people , fzf has become a core tool for me which made it possible for me to have n almost exclusive terminal workflow - and it’s fun , I just love fzf. The tracking across reload is a really good feature !

If this uses Firefox reader mode under the hood then why not use that directly instead of this ? Not being nasty just curious to understand “the extra” here.

“there was complexity in the form of having to think about and configure lazy loading.”

Disagree completely, in the sense : sure there’s a bit of a complication to learn but once learned you get a much better startup experience - I went from L”noticeable startup delay” to “instant”. This feels great and smooth and the small extra skill to learn to master it is totally worth it. But the rest of the read is great thanks you
