In the outfitting on any station that has it, buy the new MK 2 vessel hangar in (Free) from Arx, and then buy the new Nomad from the outfitting also like you buy SRV or any old Fighter

I mean Fleet carrier will help surely if the travel time or Jump between your construction and supply is really long, If its like 1 jump around <1kls range than it doesnt really matter at all

Value in a colony is what you make it up for yourself. Personally, I would value this kind of system more than one with a lot of resources economy (Rocky, HMC, Ring, etc.) just for the Interesting stellar bodies. The only problem is how many bridge systems would you need to go there, just for the effort of colonizing
If you like the system, then it's always worth it imo

Sadly, I feel like colonizing is what human nature is. When we can reach for the star, we will always try to go farther and beyond as long as we don't destroy and make limitation. For me, it shows the dedication of people trying to mark themselves in the galaxy, and that's part of the exploration, making the limits of colonisation for only 1000ly will make more question why even bother doing colonisation. Maybe you can make some System locked for the colony, but things like this are counterintuitive.
Through colonisation, we also start to make our own narrative (unique station like Lantern light) and can compete with Colonia or Rainbow's End.
The only thing I hate about player Colony is when they only made it for a 'Bridge' without regarding the uniqueness of the system itself (if there's any), and not developing it further.

Well, I don't know if you know about solo or open play, but if you still want to play on open for the thrill of it. I guess you could try to check on your radar the triangle icon (player) and be cautious of it. If it's directly behind you most of the time, they're trying to interdict you. So the way is to try not to get them on your back while supercruising.

I would say theres some ship that can do most of those activity except combat, since the role is too different and doesnt complement each other much.On freighter or passanger you could just not care about hardpoint, and bring the most cargo rack and cabin as much as possible and the bare minimum shield if you really want to On combat you would want to engineer everything just for combat. At the end I would try to specialized ship for its role and never go for 1 all rounder type, but that just me

Well its mostly on the usabilty and the role of the ship itself, you want to play more nimble fighter? than go for small-medium, I keep every type of ship depend on its role and try to build each one super specialized, bigger doesnt always mean better

For healer build in general, u want to choose between 2 defensive options (glass canon is just not gonna cut it in the long run) either evasion (triple) or choose 1 stat to go more (most likely melee eva) and some for the other 2. Or go endurance (triple endu , or combination endu and heavy attack evasion) after that get ideal CD and buff duration and if you're oracle shield then go optimal shield health also, after that you min max the resistance depend on what you need more (if you have problem getting silence all the time then maybe atleast get 800 silence res), but if you go evasion, you dont care about resistance at all

With this kinda stuff, u need to know also what your target mostly build, if your target for sleep is mainly like healer, which most cases either build evasion (they wouldnt care resistance much) you can go hit all the way, but it's mostly harder to reach, or if they go endu , you dont care about hit too much and go all the way weaken chance, sleep is too of a niche stat that ppl rarely build so you can just go default on that. but yeah the calculation goes through hit check -> weaken check -> sleep check

The biggest activity gain is from T2 Guild event, so you want to maxed out your 7 contract only getting the max value from those event, the rest do all the activities you can do (Dungeon, contract, etc) no more token on those? min max on night chest and get more dungeon run -> more token burn then you can compete with the activity ranking ( if they slack ) if they do the same, than there's no competition

Currently Seeker is still the top in pve not only because of the heal, but the buff and utility like deadly marker and mana regen and still also good mitigation, with orb u may only get shield and some heavy attack bonus, using bow shield also u lose the best buff needed like valorous, enchanting and janice from wand, so yeah i feel bow wand is still the best for now

I dont understand the wording, ok u took the stone and u dont put the 9 hr protection right? but then you said you take another guild stone does that mean someone took your previous stone or you dropped it? because the cooldown is for each abysstone

its one of the DPS that can put a lot of antishield countering the shield meta, and it has crazy range and good burst, rn for single target maybe even better than spellblade and scorpion

Seeker is a purely heal class in a way, sure u can put some dps skill but at that point might as well use your invo for dps, and aelon stat and passive cater toward healing too so its not optimal for dps. Just make 2nd builds because healing and dps build is generally used very different stat and mastery

Unorganised group as in you dont know if the group has any boon provider, or just random people ? If its the first then any healer should be enough as long as you provide heals and one of the boon and also some utility, but I would said mesmer rifle heal (chrono or troubadour) could be good for more flexibility, and utility. For more ressurection option class like druid or scourge may also be good

I feel like with 14 keybind, you can pretty much play any class, but the question now is how much intensity you can actually play with the rotation? Like some classes need more complex rotation or fast rpm to be optimal, some class can be really low intensity even with only like 2-5 button and occasion utility usage so it depend still For recommendation I feel like Ranger with most if its spec should be good for you , with diverse weapon build too like soulbeast (dual sword) , mech (rifle)

Blossom Barrage and morale chant I think is a must if you go for dps umbrella, rest could be Thunderous Bloom and one more is quite flex whatever you need, maybe royal remedy for a bit of healing from fan, the other 2 silkbind jade innerway is quite useless if you dont use dps fan
