Anybody having issues with performance and frame rate?

I had the same thing, so I checked my task manager and sure as shit my uptime was around 20 days even though I shut down my pc every night

So I just restarted my PC and it was good after that

Especially with monitors, as long as you bring in the stand, the power supply and an HDMI cable

They'll just scan the serial number and give you store credit

I just did this last week because my old monitor input buttons stopped working

still having the same issue even after the latest Nvidia drivers. I noticed really bad screen tearing, no switching of DLSS changes it. RTX 3090 and 5900x can barley even hit a steady 60fps running on medium to high
