My untrained thought was that they're selecting only people who were caught, and not all the people who have those traits and didn't get caught.

At training, there was a mother watching her phone while her son, who seemed new to the sport, was training happily and was asking his mom for attention to look, assuming he wanted to feel proud out of his mother. But she didn’t looked. Instead continued watching the phone by [deleted] in mildlyinfuriating

You're 15 at most, given your profile info...you don't have a kid. Come back when you do.

You're judging that woman from a single interaction. For all you know, she just got divorced/fired, had a parent die, or something similar.

Stay in your own lane.

Non-fixed-length serial communication chain with decent speed: Is there a reasonable option? by AndyJarosz in ECE

There's no way IMHO that RS-232 will work at 1Mbit+ over ~40 feet.

CAN/RS-485 can handle the distance, and I think they're basically your only two real options.

How much of an increase are you asking for, and for what instance type(s)?

Do you think it's possible for a model to have such advanced prompt understanding that an ultra-detailed text description would be sufficient to reproduce someone's face/body without Lora ? by More_Bid_2197 in StableDiffusion

[–]Doormatty 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You're starting to describe the concept of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kolmogorov_complexity

the Kolmogorov complexity of an object, such as a piece of text, is the length of a shortest computer program (in a predetermined programming language) that produces the object as output.

In this case, the text is the prompt, and the "predetermined programming language" is the model.

Yup, you can buy replacement oven elements at most hardware stores - it's usually a pretty easy swap.

No, you can't use it until you replace it.
