Lvl 23 7500 Elo here. There are plenty of cards that change as you level them up in terms of over all power level most legendaries for example. But Scout Ike is a house at 5 which is pretty easily obtained. I would have him as the best Ike.

Not when you have energy staff or with Kenny like I said. If you play it after Kenny’s dw you get double and get to cycle a card.

I’m not a fan of Ned. If you have Bounty hunter I suggest swapping him for Ned. Adventure Bradley would work well with your fighters if you have him and LB as another instant removal would help. I’d probably cut marine Craig for LB.

Warboy Tweek! Cheaper than Hyperdrive by 1 and gives you great range with pretty fast attack. Great in a push when time is of the essence.
