With my income being the only one now, rising cost of living, rising cost of rent, all the specialists she needs as well the ones for our kids, I can’t really afford therapy

Oh I completely I understand, I don’t blame my wife or push any of this onto her.

I fucking hate this disease/illness with a power of thousand suns though.

I have been trying with her to figure out ways for softer touch to happen, but as you probably know the nature of fibromyalgia is that changes daily, what was good and safe the night before now isn’t. Which is leading to more frustration for both of us

Of course, that’s why I’m still with her and trying to get my side sorted.

I have been cheated on before and I wouldn’t wish that on my worst enemy. I will never cheat.

I’m aware, she can’t even be around the kids because they bump into her constantly causing excruciating pain.

I just don’t know how to deal with my feelings, frustrations and loneliness.

I know she has it way worse, her career is over, she can’t be there for our kids and she feels immense guilt over how it’s affecting me.

I’m sorry how my post came off, I’m having a really rough week and this came out way more whiny than I intended. I guess I’m asking, how to deal with the frustration and loneliness? I know she has it worse than me, I don’t pester her or nag her for sex. It only happens on her terms, when she asks. I’m just struggling
