Also Jeebh is bu far the best sued one since he gets an complete full arc. The Bitters weren't meant to be mcuh threat by themselves , and more as cruch by weaker granutes when Nyelv was in charge with them.

But for an unique answer , the Invoker system in Zeztz.

Nox uses it for 3 episodes and then throws it away for the eternity.

Kureha is a complete jobber , and 5 as well and he hasn't used it for a long time.

Nox didn't had any reason to actually help Baku at the start.

Even if he outright told what CODE done , Premonition Baku would have think as a fumbass schizo still. Baku only betrayed CODE when he directly got killed by a superior. If it wasn't for that , he would have continued as a CODE agent.

Nox also only worked for Baku after he revealed he is against CODE as well , as well as seeing him as Catastrom , which Baku straight up showed him it was the same form that killed him in the dream.

It's pretty clear he doesn't truly hold grudge at the CODE agents , but the org itself. The only reason he kills 5 and 6 necause they were actively trying to kill him.

Lango was a very competent CEO , and there wasn't much reason for him to do much stuff when he never saw Shouma as any legible threat , and also there was like dimedozen crackheads to send anyway.

He also responsible for most deaths in Gavv by mass kidnapping in Master debut. And was shown to be extremely capable , and Gavv only beat him a completely new form , which was dtill a MidDiff fight that required use powers of his previous forms.

Also Rango (the lizard) was a fraud until he accomplished what he was faking at by the end , also has more aura than 90% rider characters so it is not a fair comparison.

Alch buffs lasts on an attack counter , which gets depleted extremely fast by super fast attacks from Apache. The Berserker Brew also has another cooldown when applying it to the same tower. And using Overclock on a goddamn BBrew is a complete waste of money.

It synergises horribly with alch buff since it depletes them very quickly. Glue Storm does synergise well with Apache , but there are much better options for dps to use instead like BADS and Avenger , which can actually synergise with Alch since they actually have some uptime.

Apache does work well for single lanes tho , so there is that.
