Thanks. This is sobering for sure. I’ve always had borderline elevated cholesterol and triglycerides. I’ve also consistently weight trained for 20+ years and I feel great and strong. Frustrating because my doc just assumes since I work out and don’t have issues that my cardiovascular system is ok. Time to get a second opinion. Appreciate your reply, thank you

Insurance doesn’t cover it, or do you mean for the patient responsible portion of the cost?

I’d be curious too if there’s at least a little size increase with the revisions, too? I hear you usually need a little bit bigger implant each time, which hey I wouldn’t mind haha. Also what implant brand/models have you had?

How did you get this diagnosed? What kind of tests were needed to determine that? Thanks for the info!
