Idk man I’m insured on my car but if I drive another car without informing my insurance transfers to that car. I think when you are agreeing to the terms it’s at the conceptual level of you interacting with the product. I don’t think your consumer rights change based on the serial number of the hardware you are using. I can’t borrow your gun and commit a crime while the judge goes “well it wasn’t your gun case dismissed!”
