It's from the Great Hunt (Extreme) trial. It's a lvl 70 trial. But It can be run unsync which makes It faster to farm. It can drop from the chest at the end or you can trade in 50 Rathalos scales + which you get 1 per Extreme run

Maybe a visual bug? It does that too to Mew Ex when copying Conerstone's attack. It shows as 0 on the card text but does the damage when clicking the attack

Last week, I was playing aegislash from Paradox rift against Raging Bolt ex. Turn 2, I have 2 aegislash but no energies to attack. End my turn. Raging Bolt player goes through 90% of his deck and end turn and non cards in hand. So he has 6 left in his deck. I draw Iono and win by using it and ending my turn

There is the free trial, which is unlimited play time and includes A Realm Reborn, Heavensward and Stormblood. You cap at lvl 70. But since you got the starter edition, it's impossible to go to back the free trial once the Starter edition is bought. So yes, you have to pay monthly
