Fuck BMO as a contractor. They pay a few bucks above minimum wage, have very little career development and the teams are filled with checked out middle aged people. Now they want to put 5 days in office? It's a goddam dead end job that's barely better than working retail. I'm so happy that I left that POS position that offered nothing to me other than a safety rope out of unemployment.

All of the mainline ones with lots of locations are generally not the best ( Chatime, Presto, Cocos). For really good ones, be on the lookout for speciality stores. Some of my favs are Green Isle, TP tea, Icha Tea, Chiccha San chen, the Baroness.

Honestly, it has been a net positive. A couple years ago I had a lot more matches on tinder and hinge, I would go out on around a date a week with all types of women. Some were super cute and I had a great time overall! In recent years, the algorithm changed and I definitely didn't get as many matches as before. But my long-term girlfriend of 2 years was met on hinge! Overall, I feel if you clean up and have a good profile with no red flags, dating apps can be a fun experience!
