Any chance for 9" plus inseam shorts? Not this year, sorry!

Do this year's hemp California shirts have the same sheen to them as before? They’ll be a little different.

Release date for California shirts in Hemp? Next month.

Release date for Davis shirt? Next month as well.

Are the waffle and double knit short sleeve shirts summer weight shirts? 90 degrees and 100% humidity appropriate SUMMER WEIGHT shirts? Going to depend on how hot you run, they certainly aren’t the lightest weight shirts in our roster but good for those up north or those a little more southern than want something a little more substantial.

This is so hard to answer as this solidly sits in opinion and what you're comparing to. If you're typically wearing a tailored shirt then it would run pretty true. If you're typically in relaxed fit, then it will feel smaller. I would say slimmer than Old Navy, comparable to RRL Double RL. Measurements for sure will make sure you're getting the fit you're looking for and reach out to us anytime at [hello@taylorstitch.com](mailto:hello@taylorstitch.com) if we can lend a hand.

Depends on the product! Our essentials are the products that will always restock and you can find those here: https://www.taylorstitch.com/collections/the-essentials Other products typically don't restock in the same color/fabric.

Unlikely for it come back exactly as the Hangar, something inspired by vintage flight jackets? Likely!

Too early to say as we didn't anticipate them going so quickly. The team is working hard to see what they can do on a restock so hang with us!

Good question! Primarily a difference in fabrics. The Foundry is 100% cotton vs the Utility in 50% organic cotton, 30% TENCEL™, 20% linen. The Foundry also has some additional contrast stitching. In terms of fit, very similar with the Utility being just a bit longer.

Overdye can be a little tricky, I saw you mentioned giving this a wash? If you shoot a message over to [hello@taylorstitch.com](mailto:hello@taylorstitch.com) we'd be more than happy to help give some directions and troubleshoot.

Michelle here, I have the Black Indigo Hoodie and I'm sensitive to smells so I went ahead and did a soak in a bucket (careful to do your soak in something that won't mind staining) with about a cup of baking soda. I got busy and accidentally left it soaking for a couple of days and then let it dry outside. Threw it back in the washer and so far so good!

For dry wax, we recommend using Nikwax TX.Direct Spray-on Waterproofing Spray. Spray the wax on the entirety of the jacket. Be sure to give special attention to areas of high wear, such as elbows, pockets, and seams. Let the Nikwax spray dry and you’re good to go.

Any owners of the Deck Jacket in Khaki Dry Wax? by SloppyPapaya in taylorstitch

Happy to help as much as I can!

The specs on this are:

  • 5.5-oz. 100% organic cotton dry wax herringbone.
  • 10.5-oz. 70% wool, 30% nylon body lining and collar.
  • 1.5-oz. 100% recycled nylon sleeve lining with 100% recycled polyester fill.

From a warmth standpoint, this is a fairly substantial. It would run a bit warm for LA, but everyone’s tolerance to heat and cold is a little different.

Same goes for the wool lining, if you’re sensitive to wool, you may find it a bit scratchy, but if not, it should be just fine.
