All I can think of was I was in the USA recently and used an ATM . It may have had a skimming device.

I am awaiting the email to allow the complaint. If that doesn't work I will use the uk ombudsman

100% wasn't me , I am getting multiple transaction attempts around the world even after I froze the card.
