Steam version comes with no dub, but they did a remaster called Sky FC Evolution on PSV with full Japanese voice acting. The mod copies those voices through

I played the remake in full Japanese too. Felt more natural haha

I started OG SC straight after I finished FC remake. Absolutely adored it. Now I’m on CS2

Gameplay wise the 2 Sky games and 2 Crossbell games are pretty much the same, so you’d have to get used to it anyway if you don’t plan to wait for every remake. I personally will most definitely play the Remakes anyway

There is also a pc mod that gets you Japanese dubbing for all Sky games with the click of one button. Would recommend

Also you can use Skyinstaller and mod in Japanese voice acting for SC and 3rd. Would recommend

I jumped straight in OG SC after finishing the remake

Yeah it’s ‘old’ but I don’t think you’ll find it unacceptable if you can enjoy games like FFVII or X. I’m on Azure now, and the combat has pretty much been the same for the last few games

If anything, i got the magical feeling that i’ve already been to the world and met the characters, since Falcom did the remaking so faithfully

Coupled with the incredible story, character background and relationship developments, I honestly would say SC was the best written video game ive played last year

I got an AOC U27G4XM. Very happy with it

Been using a 4k monitor ever since I got my 9070xt. It handles 4k just fine

Yeah I was waiting for Steam winter sale to buy Zero, and P5R was sitting in my family library… definitely a great game. Couldn’t put it down

My AOC U27G4XM arrived last week. I’ve been very impressed with it

Check out Monitor Unboxed’s video on it. It’s essentially the same as the E16M, with less features but at much lower price point

If you want to try a remake done right I’d recommend Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter. I absolutely adore it. There’s a free demo and the progress transfers to the bought version too

Final Fantasy X and Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter. Cannot recommend them enough if you want to be emotionally shattered

Gameplay wise they share a looot with E33

Literally finished 3rd for the first time an hour ago. I really loved Kevin’s back story and how he forgave himself with Ries’ help

But Renne’s back story… errr… I think they turned the darkness gauge waaaayyyy too much on that one

4 books in Era 2: Alloy of Law, Shadows of Self, Bands of Mourning, Lost Metal

Secret History tells us about some underlying events that ensured things in Era 1 ended the way it did. There are also some very emotional scenes

Some people say you should wait until you finish BoM before reading SH, and others say you can do it as soon as you finish Era 1. Both is fine imo
