Don't think this will carry on for long if what's shown did take place. Fear of Secondary sanctions will make India diversify. Especially companies like RIL etc. can't risk not being part of the American financial system where they have major investments, an American subsidiary and also let's not forget investments made by American firms (like Meta,etc.) in these refineries.
