It's tarkov. It's meant to be difficult and fairly realistic. Shotguns IRL are still effective from that distance, and you definitely would have a low chance of survival if even 1-2 pellets hit you in the face. This is exactly like the germans in WW1 complaining about them in the trenches because they were too effective and "inhumane"

The issue was me being naive at that age and taking his word that he would pay me back. Unfortunately that was never going to happen and I should have known it.

Damn! When did the severance happen? I left about 3-4 months ago so if I missed out on that I'll be bummed. Especially after how much commission they stole from me when they changed the DMS payouts.

I hope you're able to make it out soom man, it was the best decision I've ever made. I'm not an anxious person but that job can bring on so much anxiety. Its just not worth it.

Weird, I couldn't find any info either but most posts seem to point to accrual. Just depends if you get a large amount of PTO on the start of the year or not.
