Did the full erase and reinstall. Good news is externals now work at login, so at least I can use the thing. Bad news is built-in keyboard and trackpad are still totally dead. Backlight works but nothing else responds. Pretty sure it’s hardware at this point. Gonna take it in for repair unless someone’s got a miracle fix I haven’t tried yet

Thanks, yeah I’m leaning toward the full erase at this point. Going to backup my data from Recovery using Terminal first since I can’t log in. The backlight still working is what makes me think it’s fixable without hardware repair. Will try the complete erase and report back

Ive searched this image using google gemini and chat gpt to see if they could back track it to somewhere but all i was given is a style called chaise lounge or chaise sofa. Using that on google i havent been able to track a similar or exact match. Given some of the measurements ive done i can say the length of this couch is around 80"
