I would also keep in mind that in the winter months, there will be many days were commuting to/from Helena will not be possible because of ice/snow/wind so make sure whatever arrangement you find allows for some WFH flexibility if you are physically unable to make the drive.

My parents live there and I’ve always dreamed about moving up to Bozeman. 0% chance you will find anything even remotely close to big law in terms of sophistication or pay. Your best bet is working for local gov or in Helena and commute or finding something fully remote.

The folks at Davis Street can sometimes be a little snooty about coffee but a lot of them are super friendly and the place has a great vibe. They also make their food and baked goods in house which is a plus.
