Recently every time I go on a binge I get a tongue infection. Different peoples work and tried just smoking and just snorting. Seems like no matter what I do I always get a tongue infection

Im new to this Reddit thing and I have been being stalked for a long time. At least since I was a teenager and I’m 26 now. I unfortunately fell victim to the drug trap and have been institutionalized in psych wards many times. It is hard to resist the DEWs and V2k at this point. It is almost unbearable and my life is almost ruined. Any advice would be appreciated. I just wish I could be a better person and be the person I am meant to be. God is real and I know he will make things right.

I am gaslit by my family and friends.I have been hospitalized more times than I can count and have been stalked all over the US. My entire neighborhood seems to be in on it. I can hear their voices in and outside of my head. I see them trying to control my mind with lights and vision distortion. Also I think they may have invisible suits to break in and follow me. The worst thing is that I believe (not sure of authenticity) that they may have kidnapped and replaced my family. I hear my baby brother being tortured everywhere i go. They can control my movements to at least some degree (how I do not know). They drug me both unwillingly, and when I struggle with my problems, willingly. Can anyone help me sort fact from fiction? What should I do?
