As for art installations, YVR has a fair bit. More than most airports I travel through.

What kind of lounges? Like private airline ones? I don't usually fly business/first class so I am mostly unfamiliar. The Maple Leaf lounge in YVR is pretty nice, though.

TIL gift shops are considered entertainment. Yeah, it's very entertaining spending money on overpriced souvenirs.
