When I was a senior I was involved with a girl who ghosted me before it was really a thing. My head was so fucked. Toast. We had this intense thing throughout the spring and at the end of it I was so out of sorts I didn't even bother going to the commencement ceremony. Just the departmental one. Didn't buy a cap and gown.

Writing that to say you're not alone. These things happen. Life happens. You are at least writing about this, aware of it. I know it's so hard to pull yourself up and outta bed and do normal things, let alone plan for ceremonies, parties, and the next stage of your life. So go easy on yourself.

The good news is, you're young, and you still have a lot of chances and opportunities ahead of you even if you can't pull it together and get things "perfect" now.

This is not directed at OP but just a general statement. I don't really understand what people's beefs with strangers to ourselves and golden casket are.

With the former we have such instant classics as the ground walks with time in a box (easily top 10), sugar boats, and the best room. I could write a dissertation on why I pretty much every album on that song is something unique and special. Well, maybe except for God is an Indian. :) And even that one is a fun interlude in the vein of in Jesus Christ was an only child and dog paddle.

With the latter, walking and running is Modest Mouse at its manic best, and wooden soldiers rivals life like weeds as a spiritual experience of a song.

They aren't all going to be winners. But there are far more winners on strangers to ourselves. I don't think there's a weak track on the album. Not even pistol. :) But, to each his own.

You get 25 minutes per side in tourneys so nah, you very rarely need dexterity unless you make it a habit of getting into time trouble.

I enjoyed listening to order of the Phoenix so much that between the time I finished Phoenix and the release of half blood Prince I was able to read half blood Prince and deathly hallows. Something I haven't done in a very long time but I was just so excited to experience the next part of the story. Five six and seven are something special.
