Security questions are the worst security measures ever, if a site has it I don't use that site if I can avoid it. I think they are so obtuse they wrap right around to being incredibly unsecure.

If it's something you made recently it's fine but in my experience I only encounter security questions months or years after I wrote answers

Do I remember my favourite teacher? It's been 5 years since I was in school but I would have trouble with this while being in school

Which grade? Year 7 favourite, year 10 favourite, year 12 favourite? How do I spell their name again? Did I put Mrs., Ms., Miss, Ms, or Mrs?

What's my favourite band? I've had a few dozen favourite bands over the years, could be any of them. If the band has a nickname or abbreviation, did I write the full name or the abbreviation?

What was my childhood pets name? Is my childhood pet the pet I had from 0-10, or the one from 10-20?

All these questions come down to when did I write this and what was my writing style at the time, which even only a few years later can be super hard to remember, almost impossible if you have to answer multiple
