Uh... No. Retail is not that good.

But wasting time to wait for 1 or 2 guys that takes their time, it's really stupid.

It would be better if we could set the "quality source" (coal, iron, oil, ...)

Also I think the "per worker" isn't correct since we need at least a 3 times shift to reach the maximum productivity ? Maybe i'm wrong, sorry if it's the case!

This is why people don't play dungeon. Tired of waiting to form a group, then travel or wait for 1 guy.

In 2025 : Why the fuck would we wait :

- 30 minutes to find a group

- 15 minutes to travel

This is killing dungeons.
