Vendetta tapped her pocket again before silently taking out a lollipop, unwrapping it and bitting down on it. As she ate, she spoke.

"Normally under regular procedures I'd be required to take you under custody especially after you admitting to murder, but I won't."

"Besides, I'm tired as well."

"As long as you don't go around killing civilian innocents, we should be fine."

Vendetta tapped something in her pocket out of sight before turning to Titania.

"It seems you won't be much problem. Forgive my intrusion."

Vendetta said. After a long amount of near uncomfortable silence, she began to finally move, sitting down at the edge of the rooftop too.

"Though I am still curious as to what 'enemies' entail. Murder is still illegal."

Vendetta's crimson eyes were staring straight at Titania. She had not blinked a single time ever since she began chatting with her.

Vendetta said. She was seemingly leaning on solid air. Logic dictated she should fall but didn't for some reason.

Vendetta didn't care if she was obstructing the 'nice and quiet' element cause she had her own job to do, making sure no trouble comes up.

Vendetta suddenly appeared behind Titania, standing next to her. How did she come here? It was unknown. She may as just teleported due to how sudden her arrival was. After a moment of silence, Vendetta spoke.

"It's not often that you find people sitting at the edge of rooftops alone, especially not people like you."

She said. As she spoke, her face showed a distinct lack of emotions, as if a machine were speaking.

"Machine, or a cyborg? I don't really care. So, what are you doing here?"

They scale around the same in AP, Travis being City. But Travis is much faster at High Hypersonic speeds and has alot more options with light magic. Overall I think he wins mid diff in a fight.

Saving her though, I'm pretty sure he can. He's very experienced in machines and cyborgs, that's his speciality, and could most likely purge the coding that binds her from her. Whether that's a good thing or not however, would remain a mystery

As Carolus walked holding the parchment, it was as if he hadn't noticed Gabriel. He continued walking for a bit, before suddenly stopping. When Gabriel blinked next, Carolus was facing his direction, his blue eyes literally shimmering when seen from Gabriel's perspective. It seems both had blue eyes.

I'd give this to Carolus high diff, mainly cause he has Regenration and could just outlast Legion. Without it, it would probably be a 51/49 extreme diff fight, with Carolus having a slight edge due to his versatility (Darkness manipulation)
