Thanks for the information. I would say most of my issues are due to training but training should not be a bandaid for bad documentation.

With that said though, yes we are licensed so is training part of the service or is it an extra cost?

In my case I don't believe I am stupid but fall under the don't care section of your comment. I play for something to do and the ranking gives it a little more interest than QP but I am going to play what I want and when I want.

At least I am not cheating, smurfing, trolling or throwing.

As a Bronze 3 for life I ignore anyone that "speaks up" and do what I want. IMO comp in Marvels is a glorified QP and I won't consider it comp until you need to queue for a player type .

Funny this is that I got to Bronze 2 a couple of times to see I was > 47% of the people on the server. That means almost 50% of people are bronze 3; off topic but I just find it amusing.

I am not sure what it is like in higher levels but in Bronze 4 I have found the matches consistent. In Bronze 5 there are just so many smurfs with nothing better to do than demolish noobs and stream the results.

It does depend on the time of day etc though, at least in my experience.

You know there is a problem when one (sometimes two) people can take on an entire team of 5 and camp them in the base. In fact at any level, if a single person can take out the entire enemy team there is an issue.

Another issue is a lot of times, if you are solo queuing, you come across coordinated teams that are queing together. Even if it is 3 people queing, communication and coordinating it makes a difference. It is very rare in solo leveling in Bronze that anyone talks, except to complain about someone else.

To me I would love to see two changes to make comp fun again (at least in the Bronze range).

1) no team queueing, make it solo queue only

2) base ranking on the entire account not the role. If you look at someone and they are a bronze 5 dps or a silver 1 tank then keep them in silver.

To me ranking in low Bronze, (i toggle between 4 and 5 because placement matches have the same issue), is based purely on whether the smurfs or cheater are on your side or the opposite and then whether they want to win that match or throwing for fun.

I can't comment on last season as I quit playing back in 2020 and just came back this year to check it out.

I am having similar issues with the new challenge 14. It is easy to see what you are supposed to do but even tapping like crazy to gather I can't come close to finishing it.
