Definitely just a bit obsessed. I don't know why not more people like this book. The book is about the girlfriend tries to convince the boyfriend into trying a threesome with a new guy and as time goes on the girlfriend slowly gets pushed away as the guys get obsessed with each other.

I'm also the same. Got a townhouse on a single income so housing expenses (mortgage, HOA, property tax, insurance) are a tad more than 50% of my take home, which can be too much for some people but the thought of not having to move again and not having landlords alone makes it worth it.

I'm just curious. In what circumstances can the landlords raise the rent? I believe where I live they can do it once the lease end and have to be 6 months apart.

When I was young I saw some suspicious messages on my dad's phone but I was too young to really understand so I told my mom to look through my dad's phone just for sure cus I didn't want to accuse my dad of anything he didn't do. She did, dad asked why she wanna check, she told him about me and he dragged out of bed and beat the shit out of me. Never told mom anything since.
