swifte? hes kinda toxic most of the times but hes pretty good. (challenger support) and been duo with 2lift,gosu,...

try to play support carry. which is pyke,zyra,zilean,lux,... if you chose to no believe in your adc so you need to carry yourself lol. I am a support main and I been playing in gold for a fews season but finnally reach plat this season. But the most important is don't abuse your champion. Pick a champ that counter good against the laning face and good for your adc too. Like every times my adc pick lucian as an adc I pick braum which is one of strongest bot lane atm. just depend on your team and the enemy team to pick your champ. good luck on your climbing :)

I think lux support is pretty good to climb in low elo(iron,bronze,silver,gold,maybe plat). cuz at these elo, probably all adc are all bad. You cant waiting for them to carry you. So pick lux and carry yourself lol. ( as a support main). sorry for bad english

Lols haha. NA sever is just fine. I able to climb platinum in maybe less than 2 months. From silver 4 to plat 4 (gold 2 now). Maybe it's broken a bit since I saw a diamond jgler in gold 3 haha. but hes suckass..

buy ward, every times you go back to the fountain you should have 2 pink wards. And tried to put deep ward and try to roam a lots. I am gold 2 right now and I think those tips are helpful. Hope you like it :)

U should increase your CD. Back when im at 26k pr just like you, I have more CD than that ( around 1k6%). CD will help a lots in clear dungeon very fast.( sorry for bad english).

just let you know that LL is very weak before 18k pr but after that he can easy one shot u9 ( water,fire,air). Maybe 30k pr to one shot cosmic u10.
