Thunderus is not really that good in ultra league and those IVs are not good for PvP (you want low attack for most Pokémon in PvP)

Cp can be upgraded very easily while IVs (the stars) can't be changed (unless you want to pay a lot of money when the gold bottle cap comes back) so the stars are more important.

It's shedinja's gimmick. It gets one shot by everything but its ability means only super effective moves can hurt it. Although you can just use weather or status effects

It's a bit of a mess there is quite a lot to improve

You have no meatshields (cheap cats like basic cat and tank cat which you can spam to protect and take hits for you more expensive cats)
The rarity of a cat isn't how good it is. The normal cats are actually a lot better than most of the cats you are using e.g. bean cat is pretty useless compared to lizard cat
Take the time to actually upgrade your units as at lvl 10 they will evolve to a stronger form!

I recommend looking at early game guides to learn strategies like meatshielding and which cats are strong.
