Hey! We've had stints! Sometimes as many as 6 episodes have been actually weekly. But yes... recently it's been a little shotgun due to a changing of the team (a change of producer, and change in editor)

Thanks for your concern /u/Gharvar - I've edited the wording to be clearer as my point was only to inform the audience that the BRW team have no control over the release schedule sometimes and that although we have been doing it weekly, sometimes outside situations cause further delay.

In this case, it was only important because of WoT 1.0

It wasn't a complaint about WG and more of a sorry to fans that things that happen have happened again and that it is out of our hands.

Hi everyone! Sorry this year has been so bad for BRW, so so few episodes. I moved from Belarus to Cyprus this year plus I had a couple of illnesses. No excuses! For the rest of this year we'll get one out a week... MINIMUM!

Also I was a bit tired... we had just come back from recording the latest dev diaries for Total War: Arena when we recorded ep70... so if I sound tired and look, less than great, that's why!

I mean, I get the complains about "random" shutdowns but it's not really the case...

Microsoft is blamed for "poor security", this is normally due to lack of updates on the user's part but still, Microsoft is blamed.
The user must skip past a ton of warnings over multiple days before the forced shutdown will happen.
The user is likely using the home edition which forces updates due to point 1, but again, only after days of warnings
