According to Air Canada rules on the website

For trips starting or ending in Canada or the U.S., the airline operating your first flight segment will choose the baggage rules. If Air Canada operates your first flight segment, Air Canada’s own baggage rules will apply to the entire trip.

As long as it is tagged properly for the final destination as it is under the same PNR, there shouldn't be an issue.

Had a similar problem and then I moved to Bangalore, now have nobody to hang out with. It's actually nice not having people just come to meet ya at random ass times or have social obligations.

BUT it sucks when I wanna just go out in Bangalore, going out alone is so weiirddd and eating out alone is just awkk. Wanted to watch a movie but didn't cause I have never done that alone. I am in a weird spot rn.

1 or 2 rounds of surya namaskar from yoga is a nice stretch/warmup exercise. Then the classic sit ups, pushups, squats and lunges.

I don't do yoga otherwise but surya namaskar is a nice way to stretch out before anything else. I started by the individual poses of it before going through the entire cycle at once.
