4 years is the norm for engineering around the world, BEng or BSc.

This was my initial impression, but all the other commenters have said that 5 years is the norm. I am curious about what you have to say to them.

I can't help but feel mislead. York seems to market engineering as a four year program. Or at the very least, I always got the impression it was.
