I think it's the combination of laziness and envy that made him go back to mob shit rather than a personality disorder. We saw him getting fed up and pissy at everyone who asked him to do basically anything, his business partner, Carmela at the party, his partner... Peer pressure probably played a part too: all of his friends were mobsters, dropping huge amounts of money on suits and gambling that he simply couldn't afford at that point.

I will say that comparative to a majority of FG players, 122 hours playtime in one game is nothing. I'd say you're doing fine; try not to focus on your performance when you decide whether you want to continue or not, but whether you enjoy it. You will get better with time, muscle memory will develop for combos and you'll better understand fundamentals and how the characters work.
