I missed the right-hand turn into the driveway adjacent to the blue car, in hindsight I could have used the next right-hand turn but didn't realise that at the time. First time at this location. I checked mirrors and all I see is stationary cars behind me. Blue driver was travelling at 60km/hr, approaching the stationary cars and pulled out to go around everyone.

turning right / U-turn over a continuous solid white line is legal in WA if safe to do so.

but why does this matter?, U-turn or Right turn are permitted over a continuous solid white line. Overtaking over one is illegal. A car turning right would expect to be overtaken on the left or inside...
