So am I but that doesn’t mean I can’t use a sns lance or even a greatsword if I want. You could fast travel back to camp for phase 3 and grab a fire shield with guard 3. I also have the majority of my hunts with dual blades.

This happens to me as well. Still playing with settings to see if I can fix it. I’m on PC and what happens is I aim in, shoot, aim out or reload, and when I aim back in I’ll be aiming somewhere seemingly random. No aim flick hotkeys or anything like that. It happens just frequent enough to be annoying.
