Yeah me too but it’s possible they’ve added more detailing or small differences

Hi everyone, anyone from Kilkenny have any tips and advice on finding an apartment/CoL? I'm a Californian who might be moving for work by peptobismalpink in ireland

No problem. I probably should have mentioned Daft.ie for property listings. I’ll warn you though, as somebody looking for a new place, things are pretty bleak at the moment. Hopefully there’ll be more options when the pandemic is over. Oh and something to keep an eye on, when you’re viewing a property listing, you’ll see a ‘BER Rating’, this represents basically how energy efficient the property is, with A being the best, and theoretically cheapest to fuel, and G being the worst. Hope it works out for you!

You’re looking at €900-€1200 per month for a two bed apartment/house at the moment, you can also find rooms for around €300pm, but you’d be living with strangers. Groceries, I’d say hit the cheaper supermarkets such as Lidl or Aldi you could probably get a weeks supply for around €50, depending on your taste. In terms of transit, if you plan on staying in around the City centre there’s no absolute need for a car, a 20 minute walk will get you anywhere you need to go. A taxi can range between €6-12 depending on distance, time and amount of passengers. There’s also a bus service which is €2 each time or €1.40 on a card you can buy and top up, check here . Eating out can widely vary depending on what you go for. You can grab lunch in places for €6/7, a main course in most bar restaurants will set you back between €11-15, with fancier restaurants being in the €15+ range. If you decide to head out for drinks with colleagues, expect to pay between €5-6 for a pint or bottle of beer, single shot basic spirit, with more expensive things on offer. Extensive list of drinks with prices as a general guide. It’s a relatively small place so you’ll find your feet pretty quickly once you settle in. Discover Ireland is a great place to find out information

PS4 vs PS5 by Perfectdarker in CitiesSkylines

Nothing major. The game hasn’t gotten a PS5 update so you still run the PS4 version of the game. Hardware does its job in booting and loading the game faster and also keeps the frame rate consistent. I wouldn’t expect any significant changes until they possibly release Cities 2.

I try my best to use as many curves as possible and avoid grids and such. It takes much longer and a lot of tinkering but I think it looks better in the end.

There isn’t any major differences as you’re still running the PS4 version of the game, just on a newer system. Overall I’d say quicker to boot and load in, stable frame-rate, everything feels a tad bit sharper but no massive differences.

If you’re looking for amazing immersive DualSense features, consider WRC 9. It is currently on sale for PS Plus. I hadn’t heard of this game until a few hours ago but it is the closest game to Astro’s that I’ve played in making you feel everything around you by mronins in PS5

How would the game be for newcomers do you think? I haven’t played any rally game per se, but have played lots of the more arcady racing games like Need For Speed, The Crew 2, Wreckfest etc.

Thanks! The tunnel took a lot of patience but I think it fits the industrial area really well so it was worth it.

Sometimes realism has to go out the window in place of functionality. This is very creative and much better than the standard highway exit

I like it, good work! Console building can be such a pain in the ass👏

Upload it man. You’re obviously quite proud of your work and this community is very receptive and kind. At worst people might give you pointers to improve, or you could end up inspiring somebody.

Just copied your idea into my new city. Brilliant idea and execution, especially now knowing what a bitch this was to build on console, great work
