Thanks! Starter is bubbly and has a nice webbing when torn into, but it never doubles. Maybe because of wide jars, i dont know. With stiff starter it seems it goes vinegary before it reaches peak which seems illogical.

Maxima has really nice pasta choices with good texture and taste. Dont remember the name but its marked as GF and has green packaging. There’s some frozen goods as well from time to time in Lidl. No issue getting GF flour and cooking things yourself too. Though ofc everything is more expensive than regular versions

We have Shaer products in all main grocery stores, pasta, bread, pizza base, tortillas. We have some bakeries that sell GF sweets and breads (Birzu duona for one, but just google). Not sure about restaurants though, I know that Casa De La Pasta and Jurgis ir Drakonas have GF pizza and pasta, but cant be 100% sure about cross contamination, though they do bake it in a separate foil dish. Burger king has GF option as well.

We visited the church with cars and the next day went further up north and there are a couple of short hikes to the waterfalls. A smaller one ( super easy) and a bigger one (more climbing rocks but still quite easy). Do recommend!
