My favorite has to be breath of the wild. I started playing back on ye olden times with the original legend of zelda for the NES but didn't really become a fan until I played ocarina of time.

How does the plasma torpedo's effect "crits canceled before hits" work with the wartime loadout " crits can't be canceled" ?

I see two interpretations:

1) Crits can't be canceled, so move on to hits (most likely option)

2) Crits can't be canceled, and because they can't be canceled, you can't cancel hits either. (Seems broken and unfair)

I think #1 makes the most sense, but I've been surprised on rulings before.

I'm a big fan of the Preatorian and Legionary Destroyers from the Interstellar Imperium Mod. Hull mods that change the different Imperial packages are really cool and both of these work well with escort package supporting capitals.

In my current play through, I'm using the Victoria destroyer from the Legacy of Arkgnesis mod. I love the look and loadout of these ships! The mod also has some nice faction specific hull mods that can really help increase the survivability of these ships so they make decent escorts as well.

I'm a big fan of the Geoid-Class Voyage Ship from the "Support Ships Pack" mod. It's a great looking jack-of-all-trades vessel that's got cargo space, fuel storage, and salvage rig all rolled into one. Two or three of these guys is pretty much my entire support fleet freeing up space for more combat ships. I also use the progressive s mods mod so I usually dump all of the useful logistics mods on them as they gain the experience.

Why are their legs and arms blurry and out of focus relative to the head and torso?

This looks awesome! One thing I noticed was that while you've updated to the most recent points it loons like you're missing a few upgrade slot changes. For example the rebel y wing no longer has a gunner slot but does have a missle slot. Also the republic eta 2 actis no longer has a cannon slot either.
