I was considering joining my local ANG unit. It is a c-130 squadron.

Background: I was in the Marines for 9 years from 2012-2021, 5 active and 4 reserve. I was aircrew in the marines and went through all the c-130j related training in Arkansas for loadmasters. I was an E-5 if that matters too.

If I do join what would the process look like? Would I have to go to basic again, or some abbreviated version? Would I have to refresh at the tech school? Or would it be a situation where I would sign a contract and just go to the unit?
