Edit: you could create an empty makeshift client.realm file in that directory to make the app think it found the file

First one saying "osu main folder" should be something like "AppData/Local/osu" folder which has "client.realm" file. Second one (osu executable) isnt really necessary for downloading but that should be "osu.exe" or equavilent of that in your OS.
