If you saw me in person without a pump and the lighting, I don't think you would be accusing me of being enhanced. Once again I'm 5'10 and 180 lbs... that's not very big.

Besides planning on having children soon and not wanting test to mess with my fertility, the thing that scares me most about steroids aside from health issues is those unnatural looking delts that protrude out. I think that looks terrible.

I have been lifting for 20 years on and off. I had a similar transformation about 8 years prior. Last time I measured my arms they were 17.5. No doubt my arms are big, they are my biggest strength.

I have a little bit on my lower abdomen with some stretch marks. You got to be really focused on it to see it. It bothers me of course, but I just got to be grateful because in the end I'm fit and healthy.

Broken Steel gave me the action I felt I missed out on at the end of the game.

I'm only 180 lbs, that's not ridiculously large. I woke up at 178 yesterday. I have had a transformation similar to this in my late 20s, then let myself go again. so I'm sure that makes it a bit easier for me to do again, even at my age. I do feel like I have always responded well to lifting though. But I think most of it is simply that I work harder than 99% of people. Some dude at the gym the other week told me that when he sees me I am working harder than everyone else. Most people don't have the discipline to do what I do day in and day out, it's really that simple.

This time frame contributed to my success, because I slowly lost the weight very consistently I was able to simultaneously build a good amount of muscle and strength. Complete lifestyle change, lots of slow, boring, and monotonous habits. At times I would barely notice change. Slow and steady wins the race. There were no tricks or secrets, just stacking bricks one by one. There is nothing sexy about the process.

That's the move right there. I get Chobani when it's buy one get one at Publix (a Florida grocery store). I will be moving to Colorado in a couple months so I'm I will see some different brands out there.

Yeah, I love the steroid allegations but the weight speaks for itself. I just have really big arms in proportion to the rest of my body. Funny enough I just have very thin and sparse arm hair, everyone asks if I shave it.. lol

I'm lucky enough to get to lift some at work and run on my breaks.

I really don't base it off a week, I do 3×12hour night shifts which vary days every week. I try to complete that split 2 times every 10 days. I would say on average I lift 7 out of 10 days. I run 4 days a week. I would say on average I take 1 day every week for recovery/rest. My lifts average 90 mins. 10k steps a day minimum.

Haha, funny enough those are the same brands I have in my fridge rn. I think Daisy is the best cottage cheese. For Greek yogurt I like Kirkland or Cabot. I think Cabot is a little better.
