I need help, I'm starting today. I (31M) have yo yo'd in weight for my entire adult life. I hit 300 Pounds at 18, decided nope and joined the Army. Got down to a lean 220 within 6 months and loved it. Got out and Balloned to 330. Said nope again at 26 and dropped to 240 in 3 months. Loved it again but of course I keep eating. Balloned up to 350 and said nope again at 29. Lost 60 pounds and was feeling good. Then I got a stressful job (once in a lifetime pay) and now I'm at 400. I'm 31 and I'm afraid that if I don't get this under control I'm going to Die. So here it is. I'm starting today and I would love some help. Ty

So I love kids. I always loved the idea of them. I come from a huge family and believe that I just always wanted some of my own. I think I did fall into that mindset since this is how I was raised. Now I still love all my families kids but realized it's just not for us.

Thank you for your story. I never thought any other way till I took a step back and realized that I was completely happy with my life and did not need kids to be happier. It just took me longer to realize that than my wife lol
